In conjunction with its leasing partners, iEnergytech offers leases at attractive rates. For rate payers in Victoria, novatable leases (i.e. transferable in the event of sale of premises) is offered through the Sustainability Australia Fund. These leases can be for up to 10 years and often result in a cash-flow positive investment from early on in the project life cycle.
