Udayan is the co-founder of the business, with over 25 years experience in the field of Energy and Industry, largely gained with Siemens AG, Motorola and IBM. Originally a CPA, Udayan has moved into Physics and Electromagnetism: he has attended training seminars in Medium Voltage Switchgear and Protection Systems, Industrial Drives and Automation and LV - HV transformer systems in Nüremberg, München, Erlangen, and Fürth (Germany). In addition he is an accredited Solar GC Designer with training in Australia and at the SMA training centre in Kassel, Germany. He is currently pursuing further studies in the electrical field.
Bhajan has been in the industry since the late 90s. She is a Chartered Accountant and is overall responsible for the financial management of the business. She also oversees the legal, HR, administrative, and logistics’ areas of the business.
Mark Richards is responsible for our Safety & Compliance Inspections. An accredited installer and electrician, Mark has had extensive experience installing and auditing pv installations in the industry.
Simone Di Giaimo
Simone has a Bachelors Degree in Veterinary studies. She provides the team with essential administration, logistics and scheduling support.
Simran managed the 2018/19 edition of the Solar Savers’ programme with the successful delivery of approximately 200 residential systems during this period. Simran looks after the marketing aspects of the business..
Alex has completed his Bachelor studies in Electrical Engineering at the Swinburne University. Following two years working with Bosch Australia in Clayton he joined the iEnergytech team. Alex is responsible for the design of grid-connect and off-grid systems.
Business Development Manager
Graham is the newest addition to the iEnergytech team. He has been involved in the Solar Industry for 7 years — working as an Operations Manager and also in Sales Support.
Trish Morrow holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of QLD. She is a Water & Sanitation Engineer with a specialisation in Environmental Engineering. She has worked extensively in the sustainability space with work in developing countries such as Kenya, Zambia as well as Australia and is a member of the International Solar Energy Society. Trish co-ordinates delivery of projects in line with iEnergytech’s Critical Success Factors.
Trainee - Engineering & Design
Arun is our youngest member, who provides assistance in the workshop with construction of switches and also in areas of IT. He is currently studying Mechatronics at the Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne.
