installers

To install solar PV systems in Australia one needs to be a qualified electrician and also holder of a CEC accreditation for installation.

Installers are required to follow the standards applicable in Australia - as a minimum.

In practice this often is the case. iEnergytech has developed a programme of developing standards of installation in close liaison with its installers. This draws on some 50 - 60 years of experience in the industry, with industry leaders such as ABB and Siemens. Installers are required to undergo an internal iEnergytech induction at which standards of installation are discussed, using data from iEnergytech’s rich history of installing compliant systems for many years; and lessons learnt from audits of third parties.

Further, every installer’s work is audited by iEnergytech’s in-house technical team to ensure compliance. A zero-tolerance approach is adopted to ensure only installers who show a commitment and ability to adhere to these standards are retained.
