TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Quality control is at the very heart of what we do. Having a system that monitors quality from the start of the process to the end ensures a higher degree of compliance to the Australian standards and customer’s specifications.

iEnergytech achieves this by documenting, from the very start, all key aspects that will form part of the measurable quality goals. This includes setting up customised checklists for a given project which includes key elements from the Australian standards and manufacturer’s requirement.

Our extensive in-depth auditing experience is drawn upon when making these lists.

All this information is managed cohesively with the installation and internal audit teams via Soorya, our in-house developed software that is cloud based and accessible by the installers via their smart phones and our designers and engineers in the office—at the same time.

Images shown on the left are only a small example of what each PJ receives. A total of approximately 80 - 90 questions have to be answered and some 25 images uploaded per 30 - 40kWp!
