Holmwood group 100kwp

The 100kWp at Holmwood was installed on a FixZ7 system.  This added about 5 degrees to the pitch of the module in addition to the roof’s existing 3 degrees, making the overall pitch of the module about 8 degrees.  As a result maintenance costs will be reduced and ease of access enhanced.

A key challenge was to ensure that the maximum cantilevers as specified by Winaico for the modules were maintained without letting the modules come in contact with the roof.  This was achieved by carefully following Winaico’s requirements.

All DC cables on the roof were separated by string before being cable tied in the cable trays.
